DISABILITY RECREATION UNITY MOVEMENT (DRUM) £2,250

Disability Recreation Unity Movement (DRUM), is a local charity in Watford, which provides a range of affordable, innovative and high-quality day activities for adults with physical and/or sensory disabilities. Some of the daily activities and creative crafts include ceramics, yoga, tai chi, gardening singing and dancing. They cater for a large number of attendees each day, ages ranging from 25-95 and also provides support to carers who devote their time to caring for vulnerable adults!

With feelings of depression and isolation prevalent amongst those suffering from disabilities, an organisation such as DRUM and their team of experienced staff and volunteers provides a safe and social environment where people from all walks of life and backgrounds can feel welcome!

Our Office Manager Jessica Moss raised £2,250 for her elected charity, DRUM, a donation which we truly hope will enable them to continue the fantastic work they do.
