Our Natasha becomes a Chartered Surveyor

In May 2018, our Graduate Surveyor Natasha Lamptey successfully passed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), which is the final hurdle to become a Chartered Surveyor.

She started with us in 2015 in her first job in property and with our support, successfully completed a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from University of Westminster.

Our team are absolutely thrilled for Natasha who passed at the first time of asking, despite having only worked in Compulsory Purchase. She worked extremely hard to prepare for her final assessment in what as anyone who has been through the process will confirm, is a grueling experience.

Our Director Dan Knowles MRICS said “we’ve seen enormous growth in Natasha’s experience and skill base since she joined in 2015. She is a huge asset to the company and we’re very proud that she has attained the accolade of becoming a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). At Sawyer Fielding we pride ourselves on our structured training scheme for Graduate Surveyors. Natasha is the first person to sit her APC with us and passed first time. We’re very proud.”
