Our Jonathan becomes a Chartered Surveyor

In November 2018, our Graduate Surveyor Jonathan Nesbitt successfully passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), which is the final hurdle to become a Chartered Surveyor. He has also now successfully become an RICS Registered Valuer

He started with us in 2017, having previously worked in Development Surveying and prior to that, in Property Management, having also successfully completed a Real Estate degree from University of Westminster.

Our team are absolutely thrilled for Jonathan who has worked extremely hard to gain Chartered status. As anyone who has been through the process would confirm, becoming a Chartered Surveyor is a long and grueling experience.

Our Director Dan Knowles MRICS said “Jonathan is a great asset to our company, a hugely important part of our team. I am very proud that he has attained the accolade of becoming a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). At Sawyer Fielding we pride ourselves on our structured training scheme for Graduate Surveyors. Jonathan is the second Graduate Surveyor to have sat their APC whilst with us, with both having passed.

We pride ourselves on a family atmosphere in the office, where everyone is supportive of each other. When Jonathan announced that he had passed, the entire office was overjoyed for him.”
