Jonathan’s background

Jonathan Nesbitt BSc MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor/Senior Surveyor and is also an RICS Registered Valuer for Sawyer Fielding. He has been a Surveyor since 2012. Before joining Sawyer Fielding to work in Regeneration and Compulsory Purchase, Jonathan worked across an array of areas of surveying including leasehold valuations, development and property management. His combined knowledge of these areas make him well positioned to assist our clients.

Outside of work, Jonathan is married and has a daughter. He likes to keep fit by playing 11-a-side football on a Sunday morning, running 10K races and has also completed a triathlon, raising money for Cancer Research UK. If he cant be found on the football pitch then there’s a good chance he’s in Stratford supporting on his beloved West Ham United. He is a walking encyclopedia on all things Marvel. He even has a home made Captain America fancy dress costume, albeit won’t show it to anyone in the office.

Jonathan’s charities

Each member of the Sawyer Fielding team choose a charity to support each year. In 2018, Jonathan’s chosen charity was Kisharon. We donated £1,500 as part of a series of donations totalling £10,000 for the year.

Kisharon provides support for those with learning disabilities and their families. They have a school and a college that allows them to explore and learn new things while also providing support for finding work and living independently.

For 2019, Jonathan’s chosen charity is Jami.

Jami is a mental health service for the Jewish community. Jami provides practical and emotional support for mental health needs – delivering services that enable independence and build resilience. Jami’s challenge is to assist people on this journey, from enabling them to become an expert in their own self-care to being supported, where appropriate, back into employment.

Most donations under Sawyer Fielding Gives Back are made shortly before Christmas each year.
